The LED light bar is designed for mounting on a vehicle roof.
Before starting the industrial design and 3D engineering, the client set one requirement: an attractive design for the light bar enclosures, to be manufactured later in Ukraine.
In terms of design, it was important for us to follow the current look of similar products.
Devices of this type are used outdoors, in all weather and at different speeds, so the requirements for moisture protection of the enclosure were high. All the difficulties and design adjustments came from finding a balance between minimising the production cost and providing moisture protection.
The main criterion in choosing the final design concept was how it could be produced.
