Series production

We help move a product from finished design documentation and a working prototype to stable series production. ARTKB can take on individual manufacturing tasks or coordinate the entire production launch.

In preparing and supporting series production we handle:

• sourcing, selecting and coordinating suppliers and manufacturing contractors;
• DFM analysis and adapting the design to the chosen production technology;
• selecting, approving and supervising the manufacture of production tooling;
• selecting and approving standard components and purchased parts;
• developing and setting up the assembly process;
• preparing production and assembly documentation;
• organising quality control and product acceptance;
• coordinating certification, packaging and logistics.

For small series we can act as the manufacturing partner ourselves. In the Czech Republic ARTKB runs its own 3D printing farm and assembly workshop, so we offer production, kitting and assembly of small batches of finished products.

This makes it possible to run the whole process — from prototype and production preparation through to manufacturing and assembly of series products — within a single project.
